Dear Customer,
This week we experienced some intermittent server issues that were difficult to pinpoint. The most common symptoms were mail server slowness & timeouts, as well as sluggish web page loading. These issues were seen mostly on Tuesday morning, Wednesday afternoon and again this morning (Friday).
At this point we are confident that the issue has been resolved, as we have removed the malfunctioning server altogether. We expect that this was an isolated issue, and thank you for your patience during our troubleshooting.
