You have treated us very well in the three, four, five (?) years we have used your service. Busy signals have been eradicated, the transfer to 56K was painless, everything. We were late several times on our bill, but you didn't hassle us about it, other than reminders. Just a quick note of appreciation for the efforts eclecTechs puts into communications with its customers. No one likes the small problems that creep up and make connecting a problem but when you know what's going on and that your ISP is working hard to not only correct the problem but also is continually upgrading it makes it all much easier to bear. I continue to be very happy with eclecTechs. Your tech support staff has been great!! All the special offers and come ons from other ISPs can never make up for the excellent service you guys give........geese sounds like I really like you guys....well if you had experienced the last two servers I had with all their problems, being put on hold for fifteen minutes to talk with someone etc. etc............ anyway great work!!

I've only been a client of yours since the end of last year- having defected from "other ISP". I was happy that I did. Yours is much better. I was so pleased that I kept telling my girlfriend how much better everything was. The result? She defected from "other ISP" also and became a client of yours. I do not mention this to collect the bounty- sort to speak -from the Referral Program.
